I’m 18, Ive bin wanting to learn how to play an instrument ever since I was young but my parents never supported me plus we were very poor plus the area we lived in didn’t sponsor free instrument lessons. Now i have a fulltime job where I make a pretty good salary, so I just wanted to ask is it too late to learn drums because it is my favorite instrument, favorite part of any song and because I just love music overall and plan to enter the business.

Is it possible to learn to play the drums without buying a drum kit or taking lessons?
I don’t want to take lessons and I don’t have the space/money for a drum kit. What can I do? I really want to learn the drums. Also, how hard is it to learn compared to piano and guitar?
