Carolyn Wonderland is a name you may never had heard before but once you hear her sing you may be puzzled to why that is.

Her latest album “Miss Understood” is gaining noteable reviews and lots of attention that have kept her on the road since its release. It was just a matter of time , as Carolyn Wonderland’s critically acclaimed 2003 release “Bloodless Revolution”, as well as a run of incendiary live shows, clearly has crowned her as the heir-apparent of Texas blues legends.

Even Bob Dylan is an evidenced fan after hearing her perform in Europe. She’s been called the “real deal” by the Los Angeles Times. her latest album, “Miss Understood”, has helped Austin’s best-kept secret burst onto the national scene. She’s even been featured on Austin City Limits.

Asleep at the Wheel frontman and legendary producer Ray Benson remembers the time Bob Dylan called him after hearing Wonderland perform live : “He goes , ‘Hey, have you heard Carolyn Wonderland? She’s something else! She should be nationwide!'”
